Melanin in the Park is an interactive event created in Mesa, AZ. Our mission is to bring women of color from different backgrounds together to celebrate each other and have fun! We wanted to highlight black women and provide a space for people to meet, network, and shine a light on those doing big things! Whether you're a Mom looking for more mommy friends, a student who's new to town, a business owner, someone looking to share their ideas, or just someone looking for old school picnic-style fun & to meet new friends, Melanin in the Park is the place to be! With music, vendors, raffles, and good vibes, we're committed to ensuring you enjoy yourself and can benefit from the event.
Bring your shades, your family or kids, food, blankets, a book, etc. Whatever you need to enjoy yourself and enjoy others! There will be shade.
